Cafe ‘N’ Diaries


We helped Cafe Diaries transition to Cafe ‘N’ Diaries. The ‘N’ stands for Nature. We helped Cafe ‘N’ Diaries to narrate it’s own tale to their customers. We also designed and created their website, www.cafendiaries.com. RRATIONAL was in charge of rebranding Cafe Diaries to Cafe ‘N’ Diaries in all digital portals.

The Key objectives were to take over the social media marketing and create brand awareness in both Kalamassery and Ernakulam. Also to position Cafe Diaries, or rather Cafe ‘N’ Diaries now, as a go-to hangout spot providing an ambience very close to Mother Nature. It’s very near to a pond, Kalamassery Science Park and Reporter Channel in North Kalamassery. The challenge was to make this cafe mainstream for those in the vicinity and position it as a peaceful serene cafe away from the hustle bustle of the city. 

Establishing a digital presence is vital to every businesses in 2020. Also most of the queries and searches for your company will be through mobiles, keeping this in mind, we have taken care to design the website for all devices including smartphones of different brands running on different platforms.

We also took care of Cafe ‘N’ Diaries’ ORM (Online Reputation Management) by taking care of inquiries online and replying to reviews online. RRATIONAL also partnered with Biking Community of India, QLT and sponsored by Apollo Tyres Ltd to conduct the SAVE EARTH RIDE conducted on 4th August 2019. As a part of the event we planted 191 saplings on 4th August 2019 between 6AM to 10:30 AM, in the HMT School area and a few in the Cochin Science Park. Team RRATIONAL also ran giveaways for Cafe ‘N’ Diaries which resulted in acquiring user generated content, getting customers to endorse Cafe ‘N’ Diaries, and increased engagement in our social media handles. Cafe ‘N’ Diaries also ran offers designed by us to fasten customer acquisition among college students. This campaign led to nearby college students flocking the Cafe during the offer period.

We also ran sponsored ads on Facebook and Instagram to increase the visibility and sales of the Cafe.
